Well done all!

On Friday 16th June, Year 5 were invited to visit Trafalgar School to gain a taste of what opportunities and experiences they could enjoy at secondary school. In Science, we learnt about insoluble and soluble microbes, how a Bunsen burner could be used and made drinkable water from a disgusting, mouldy liquid! With the help of some Year 7s, we made shortbread biscuits in Cookery, which was very sticky but lots of fun, and learnt how to code using BBC Microbit in I.T. Orienteering was our focus for P.E. but it was more like a treasure hunt! With each activity and lesson, we had to gather answers and clues to Trafalgar’s school motto: Learning Today, Leading Tomorrow. It was a fun-filled, jam-packed day and we’d like to thank all Trafalgar staff for making the experience so enjoyable.
