What an incredible experience for eleven of our year 5 pupils! They wrote and performed a poem on stage at The Kings Theatre in Southsea. The performance was part of The Portsmouth Book Award celebration where over 1000 year 5 pupils from across Portsmouth gathered to see 'Escape Room' crowned this year's winner.

The children were also lucky enough to meet the author, Christopher Edge, who asked to keep a copy of the poem!

Our very own James R was also nominated for 'reader of the year'!
