Mr. Geary, from UTC Portsmouth, came in to teach the children more about their science unit: Electricity. Mr. Geary kindly came in with his state-of-the-art equipment to excite the children of the prospect of one day being a great scientist just like him. They learnt all about how electrons flow through a circuit and how they are affected by battery power and the addition of components. The children then had the opportunity to work collaboratively with the amazing equipment that the UTC provided. All in all, it was a fantastic day; the children added to their subject knowledge and had lots of fun.
